Euromex your new partner in legal assistance.

From the next due date in 2025, Euromex will provide your legal assistance instead of DAS. This change is part of our efforts to provide you with a better product and optimal conditions.

What does this mean for you?

Improved conditions: The Euromex legal assistance policy offers more extensive coverage and better conditions than your current policy with DAS. Below you will find a comparison of these.
Lower rates: You'll benefit from more competitive rates, which can help you save on your insurance costs.
Seamless transition: You just need to confirm your agreement at the bottom. The transition to Euromex will be automatic and without interruption to your coverage.
Benefits of our new management system: From the next due date, we will introduce a new management system that will further enhance your experience with our services. As a result, your policies will also be bundled into one contract, so that you have a better overview and receive fewer documents for your administration.

Additional benefits	Reimburses damage caused by third-party insolvency up to €15,000.00.	Offers advances for compensation up to €50,000.00 and compensates damages due to insolvency to third parties up to €30,000.00. They will also pay the deductible if a third party is liable for your damage and they refuse to pay the deductible.
